I'm getting romantic in my old age, and this movie is a pleasure to watch. Amanda whats-her-name is very cute and charming in every scene, and Van Redgrave is a quality veteran with loads of screen credibility. You'll want to punch out the male lead character, but you know how it's going to end, so you'll let him slide by.
