    I can't rate the item because the seller never shipped it, and then didn't respond when I asked them to cancel it, and then refused to refund it. At first I assumed the seller had something unexpected come up, but I looked at the other negative feedback and there are lots of other reports of the same things spread over time. Not the kind of seller I should have purchased from.
