And offered me tips and tricks in insuring it to keep it alive. Highly recommend! Great quality in appearance and condition plant! As well as being affordable for the average buyer! I immediately reached out to the seller to address my concerns. I was given a sales pitch that the plant is not defective. Yet, never addressed the concern of the pitiful plant shipped. After, repeated messages I was offered a replacement to pay for the additional shipping. This is customer service? I paid $12 for a stub of a plug then requested to pay more for more.
