    seller requested revised feedback after issuing the refund... however nothing I said has changed. they knowingly sent me the wrong item (the packing slip CLEARLY said matte black, they sent chrome). They did issue a refund in a timely manner (good on them for that) but it still doesn t change the facts. If negative feedback is an issue, then don t do this any more... going forward. Seller comms, ship time and charges have always been 5 stars.

    We appreciate the buyer’s honest feedback. Due to an oversight, the correct item was sent accidentally in the wrong color. A full refund was issued, and the buyer was allowed to keep the item. We apologize for the error and are working to prevent similar issues in the future.
