    Works fine but not as smooth

    I have two magazines that came with the gun. This one is much more difficult to get the first shell in than either of my other mags, but after the first shell it is fine. I have had no issues at all with its use in my Shield.

    Seems genuine S&W OEM

    I'm always skeptical, but I took a really close look at it, comparing side by side with the mags that came with my M&P Shield. The only slight difference that I noticed was the S&W logo was a hair deeper than the mags that came with my pistol. The quality seems the same, even the weld on the back is the same. Put 100 rounds through it so far with no feed issues. I seems like it's 100% genuine S&W OEM mag.

    Quality OEM, still needs a break in period

    I received my magazine brand new and sealed. I only trust OEM magazines for full functionality of my pistols. This magazine requires some break-in to work properly. It's very difficult to load to full capacity and there is quite a bit of resistance when pressing the mag into the gun. I do believe this is expected and have it loaded and off to the side to let the springs settle. Overall, it feels like OEM quality and I expect no issues whatsoever. My snap caps cycle through it flawlessly in the mean time. Would purchase again.

    S&W mag

    excellent product factory issue fit is perfect. Would highly suggest to get for use with S&W 9 mm shield to have an extra mag on hand that is what is issued with the product when made.
