This faucet combo was bought to replace an existing Moen product that's been reliable for nearly 15 years. A slight drip which could easily been repaired with a few replacement parts I figured to upgrade to a comparable Moen faucet with something that would coordinate better with our current kitchen appliances. As is always the case removal of the old faucet was a challenge due to it's location under the sink behind the garbage disposal assembly and some rusted threads. Once that was accomplished install of the new unit took less than a half hour. A well constructed, no frills unit with aesthetically pleasing brushed stainless finish. Moen offers a lifetime replacement guarantee with easy access to replacement/repair parts via an individual serial number.
