  • Surprising little preamp!

Pair this with a set of GE JAN 5670W and this little preamp and it will blow your mind. I have paired it with an extensively modified HK Citation II and a couple BGW millennium 2 amps hooked in bi-amp and in both setups it was IMPRESSIVE. Completely transparent, extremely fast rise time, and punchy. Phono section leaves a bit to be desired... if it were half as good as the rest of the preamp there would be no reason to buy anything else. They couldve done a nice SIMPLE tube phono pre in there but they skimped out and went for some old op amps. Still really good for integrated but not as good as the front end. If you're as meticulous about the sound of your gear as I am you likely use an outboard phono section anyway.
