  • Awesome William and Sherry Birkin Figures

Love the Resident Evil 2 William Birkin and Sherry Action figure set! As a big fan of the older Resident Evil video games, I'm glad to add William and Sherry to my collection of figures from games 1 and 2. William and Sherry look like they jumped straight out of the game and go perfectly with Toybiz's Claire Redfield and Leon Kennedy figures from the same line (I've included a picture of them posed together with Claire, Leon, Licker, zombie dog, and zombie cop). Paint jobs are neat, and figures stand on their own. Like all the Toybiz Resident Evil figures, the figures have little levers on the backs that make them preform an action, in William's case, a knob that slowly rotates the large eyeball on his right shoulder. The eyeball movement is slow, which is to be expected of a 23 year old figure. Otherwise, the figures move perfectly and look like they could still be sold in stores. I really wish Capcom still licensed their video game lines to affordable figure makers like Hasbro (Toybiz went out of business in the mid 2000s, I think Lord of the Rings was their last big line), since I would love to be able to afford Resident Evil figures (please stop with the super expensive statues that nobody can afford Capcom). If you love the older RE games I'd recommend adding them to your figure collection, especially if you already have Claire and Leon to pose them with!
