    I did alot of homework before buying this drill, considered it's lesser without AVT, so glad I did not! Got a great deal from seller, had in only a few days, used first time with an 1 1/2 bit, was like using my cordless drill. Smooth, no vibration and cut like going threw butter. Great Drill!!

    Great hammer drill

    Bought this after seeing a demonstration on utube and reviews on Amazon. I bought this mainly to get up tile on 3 bathrooms. Glade I did. Made short work of getting up the tile. Also used it for getting up layers of sub floor. Vibration was mineable. Heavy but comfortable to work with. Would highly recommend this Makita rotary drill.
