    I love this Bose Home 500! It works great like it’s brand new!! I’m so happy! I think I owned 7 Bose speakers. Gave away my other two to my little sister. The only thing I was upset about the speaker, it does not paired it with my Bluetooth Ion Air LP record player. But oh well, I’m using my Bose soundlink revolve speaker for Ion Air LP record player and my Bose home 500, I used my iPod to played Christmas music. I love it very much! Bose is the best!!

    NOT For Everyone! Defeats the purpose of "Smart Speaker"

    Beware, Alexa and Google integration is NOT Available in Most countries, even USA Territories, where Alexa and Google is already way available and accesible, it feels Discriminating! Anyhow, for the speaker and quality, it works and sounds like a "Bose"..but not as a Smart Speaker, naahh.. should have just spend on the real deal Amazon "Studio" or Google Home Max.. what a waste! Until then, their Firmware is Very Limited, Bose Failed to integrate the "Smart" function on all Regions that Alexa and Google is already available.

    Great sound quality in a reasonable sized package

    I bought the Home Speaker 500 instead of the Portable Home Speaker because I wanted something that had an AUX input for using with my MacBook Pro. I had previously used the Portable Home Speaker and was very disappointed because of the long latency times whether I was watching YouTube or other stuff. The most egregious case of latency was trying to play games on Steam where the delay was about 2-3 seconds. Buying the Home Speaker 500 was my solution to all of those issues because it had an AUX input where I hooked it up via a AUX cable. Problem solved! The sound quality is very good and I love it for of course listening to music. I was able to tune the settings via the Bose Music App from my phone to my liking. The bass is good for the size and sound clarity is very good. I am glad ...

    Bose Home Speaker 500 Delivers True Audiophile Performance

    I've been a huge audiophile and stereo equipment lover for over 30 years. I have multiple large Bose systems running throughout my house, but picked up a couple of these Home Speaker 500 units to replace some older Amazon Echo devices. The sound quality is definitely on par with other Bose products, and markedly better than the Amazon devices they replaced. Nice features too for stored presets on the device itself, as well as remote control capabilities using the free Bose app. Form factor is great - not too big, not too small - and the build quality is great. Highly recommend!

    Overall good product. Refurbished one definitely worth the cost. Sounds good. Not as loud as Echo Studio but close. Only complaint is you can only adjust sound (bass, treble, etc) a very small amount.
