    Great communication, fantastic packing job, arrived overnight, however, item clearly not tested and was not working upon receipt (desoldering iron was 100% plugged and pump made noise but zero vacuum even after unplugging iron). Seller offered I send back for refund or keep and take 50% refund which I felt was fair so I'll try to repair myself. Giving positive feedback since made good on the problem, although still concerning that text stated, "Item has been fully tested and works perfectly."
