    Initial item was bad and they sent a replacement which was also bad. Communication with them was great and they refunded the whole amount, so I am rating this positive from a vendor perspective. However they could have inspected the bladder bags before shipping as I told them what to look for when the first shipment was bad. I would still recommend them as they tried to make it right and refunded when they couldn't. Lesson learned is that 20 year old replacement bags are all probably bad.
