      Shipping and packaging were great! The description was wrong and deceitful, It specifically said that the quartz tube was included. Upon inspecting the used item, most of the quartz tube was missing, none of the shards of the 36" long tube were inside the sterilizer meaning it did not break in transit. He did not respond to my requests for help or compensation. I gave them plenty of time to respond.
