The item received a ton of damage in shipment and formed a significant crack on its chassis. I contacted the seller and they said they “packed it best they could”. Mind you this was a 12 lb item. I even apologized about the issue. I packed it to the best of my ability and mistakes happen. Accidents happen. I even offered a full refund if the item was returned. Buyer decides to send the package weeks after near due date. When returned I even issued the full refund asap with no issues. Instead you leave a negative feedback.
