I needed to replace the guts of the lock that are installed inside the door and frame. I could not find a similar lock at the local big hardware store. I went to Anderson Windows & Doors website, found the new parts I needed at a fair price and received it in about a week. It was very easy to install the new parts, they were exactly what I needed and 🙇 the lock now works perfectly!
