Vendor was great. As for the buds, the Sound is great. Using them on 2 devices (phone for calls and iPad for workouts) is a big fail. Sound and connection
They sound good except they keep stopping and then starting again. It's like they lose connection for a second and then connect again. The sound is good though when they if they would just stay connected all the time. I do have to manually connect them each time I use them. They don't connect automatically like they should.
