    USPS f'd up completely, holding onto the package for over two weeks at origin, the it arrived after a total of three weeks with no explanation. All was in excellent condition, so my purchase is a good one. The seller was immediately attentive, although little he could do except bug USPS on his end. He did send a replacement patch, which is still shipping, which I'll return when it arrives. He bent over backward to make this good, as well as be very communicative, and I certainly appreciate that.
