Awesome benefits of Oregon Wild Harvest Tumeric
Tumeric in general helps to reduce inflammation in the body. This brand of Tumeric seems to be especially effective at reducing inflammation as well as the associated pain. The only one I could find with Black Pepper Extract...great price!!
At my annual 'male' checkup, my PSA reading was 7.4. I had found that on or the positives of taking Turmeric was that it could lower prostate problems and reduce PSA readings. Researching Turmeric I found that Turmeric with Black Pepper extract was best for maximum absorption. Wild Harvest was the only one I found that contained Black Pepper, so I ordered a couple bottles. Taking one tab in the morning and one in the evening for 6 months, then getting my PSA checked again, I was happy to find my reading was 3.2. That was three years ago ...
