    Shipping was reasonable, packaging was a bit messed up and had a hole at the bottom of the box and only 1 nut fell out, hopefully that was the only thing that fell. I cleaned and organized everything and doesn't seem to be missing a nut so maybe it was extra. Description was exact. Value is amazing and definitely the best bicycle shop ever, ebay or not you guys are so awesome!

    Long Cage Derailleur made my bike ready for mountain climbing.

    I was able to swap out my Ultegra Short Cage derailleur for this Long Cage fairly easily. About ten minutes of adjustments and the shifting of gears worked great. Tested the shifting on a 54 mile ride the next day and it worked flawlessly. Next test is in the Bighorn Mountains.

    derailleur replacement

    I was unable to locate a new derailleur for my bike and had to opt for an used one. Part was workable and will probably combine with another used derailleur to make a complete component.
