  • Great value

I own and play a lot of guitars- it's very difficult to find a guitar in this price range that will beat a Classic Vibe. I had an Affinity Strat and thought it was an impressive beginner's guitar- but this is an impressive guitar period, not just for beginners. It's far more substantial and well-built than an Affinity and the alnico pickups are a real improvement in tone. You can say goodbye to the piercing, harsh treble of the Affinity- the CV is tons smoother. It also holds tune far, far better and intonates much more accurately. The pickups are lower output though- which means your dirt pedal won't sound quiet as mean as it did with the Affinity- but you get much more clarity and really nice harmonics to replace the little bit of heat you lose. I would even say the CV model rivals the Player model- which is much more expensive- but doesn't really sound or play significantly better. Especially when you consider it costs twice as much as the CV Strat.

  • CLASSIC VIBE STRAT

There are really not any good people here that can get my action just right so I'm having to trial and error it myself but I didn't mess with it much. Maybe you can suggest something. I bought a Harley Benton TStyle guitar and I'm receiving a Fusion today. Their guitars are set up so comfortably and low and I was hoping this CV had been adjusted well before shipping.

  • Very happy with my purchase.

I bought this guitar to customize it to certain specifications. It worked out great! The parts I bought fit perfectly and I had no problems tailoring this guitar to my specific needs.
