    These guys are pros. Laptop was carefully packed in a new box with a good amount of bubble wrap and it arrived undamaged. Shipping was pretty fast and when I contracted them with a question got a quick response. Bought an untested vintage laptop to use for parts- knew that some things might not be working correctly but took a chance. It turned out there were just too many issues with it (although the LCD display was fine) so returned it. Upon receipt they immediately gave a full refund.
