The seller created the shipping label on October 3rd and said it would ship that same day, but FedEx didn’t receive the package until October 6th. I sent four messages and only got one reply. Once the shipment leaves our possession, everyone involved is completely at the mercy of FedEx or whatever shipping agency. Often times, the packages do not get scanned when picked up, and don't get a scan until they hit the hub several days later. This was also over a weekend, which is why you didn't receive a reply, because our staff was at home enjoying time off with their families. Thank you for your business.

As we told you in our message, the part PHYSICALLY was removed from a LUK box and stored on our shelf. REICAM is a multi-national holdings company for several brands, acquired Valeo, who USED to manufacture for LUK. So the reason the part is stamped Reicam, is because THEY ARE LITERALLY PART OF THE SAME PARTS NETWORK. You bought a $200 part for 1/4 of the MSRP, and still found a reason to complain. Best of luck.
