    I installed it immediately. My old seat had no lid and periodically, small items would fall into the bowl. The old seat was trashed, glad to rid of it. The new seat was easy to install. Nothing will rust in your lifetime.

    Good Product, Sturdy, Easy Install and Maintain

    This is a very good product. The form, fit and finish are very good. It only took a few minutes to remove the old Bemis one and installed the new. The fittings that were already in place and in good condition remained so shortened the install time. We have 3 Bemis seats in use. The other two are around ten years old.

    Silent and great quality seat
