I contacted the seller about this and he offered a refund, however the amount I’d make back wouldn’t be worth returning it. I also, later, discovered the vcr could only rewind or fast forward while playing, not if you stopped or paused it. This makes rewinds take way longer than they should. At the very least, it works well as a rf modulator.

The seller responded quickly and had me go through the return process. It was a pain to have to get it wrapped and prepared and driven to the post office, but, I know mistakes happen too. I just received my refund so am thankful for that. Sellers just really need to check orders better and make sure and send the right item. But it's fine now.
