High Potency, Reliable company
I always take Alive Women's Multi Vitamin. The potency is very high and it has all of the vitamins and minerals you need in the correct amounts. Nature's Way is a reliable company so I trust the quality. I am interested in protecting my immune system and I take additional Vit C, E and fish oil and my health has really benefitted ( I'm 72 years old) I think Alive is a great vitamin at a lower price point than health food store brands.
