    Seller didn’t really answer any of the questions about the product before I bought it but I’m fine with that. I cancelled though so I can’t really say anything on the description accuracy or packaging or anything. I only canceled cause I forgot to check the shipping price (I chose the wrong primary address). Overall, the value was the best on eBay (which is why I bought it in the first place). If the shipping price wasn’t so expensive, I probably would have kept the product

    great vacuum

    This is a great, powerful vacuum that's very easy to use. This is my second one that I own. I run a cleaning business so my vacuum gets a daily workout. My first one I have; I've had for several years and still works great like the day I got it. They are very easy to take care of, first make sure the filters are clean and that the roller bar is free from hair, carpet strings, etc. If you take care of this vacuum, it will certainly take care of you! It's light weight so very easy to put in and out of a car trunk too. I recommend this to anyone!

    Problem with the handle with stretch hose

    I have used the Shark Navigator for many years and know what an efficient, lightweight easy to use vaccuum this is. This one however, has a defect. The handle with stretch hose doesn't stay locked into the back of the vacuum, so while you are using it, it comes out frequently, causing you to bend over to hold the vacuum in place. I have tried over and over to make this work, but it doesn't, so have to give it a poor rating.

    Excellent Vacuum!

    This is such a great vacuum! It works like a champ. Easy to navigate in tight places. Good power. Easy to use tools. Easy to switch between carpet and hard floor. Super easy to empty. And I love that I don’t have to buy bags or filters! Very happy with this purchase. Would highly recommend this product!

    Shark vacuum review

    Oh my goodness, it has such strong suction power. I had used a Hoover before I received my vacuum, them I went over the same areas and it pulled up so much dirt, sand & debris. I would rate it a 10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I should have taken pictures, there was so much dirt, I was shocked, but super happy!! Great product for the price

    Love this vacuum

    This vacuum is very easy to maneuver around furniture and up close to baseboards underneath cabinets. It is light and has a great deal of power. It is easy to empty and very easy to release the hose to use the attachments for cleaning edges and upholstery. As I have gotten older, the bigger vacuums are much too heavy for me to use. This does a wonderful job of cleaning and doesn't wear me out getting the job done.
