    only methyl cobalamin is orally absorbable

    people don't understand regular B-12 is NOT absorbable. you MUST use methyl cobalamin. most vitamin companies nevertheless use regular unabsorbable B-12. this is the real methyl cobalamin 1 mg. this is what you need to raise your B-12 blood levels. low blood B-12 is all too common in america and the rest of the world. also this is a name brand product. some people are so clueless as to get expensive injections of B-12 by a doctor!!!

    This is real methyl cobalamin

    Regular vitamin B-12 simply is not absorbed orally. Methyl cobalamin (1mg) on the other hand is very orally absorbable. This is a very good deal and I'm happy.
