    ITEM LISTED AS NEW. Actually, it had been opened and was not NEW. But it's in LIKE NEW condition and nothing wrong with it, but if the seller is selling NEW, then the box should have been sealed, and it was not. I'm happy with it and the service was good, but it was not new.

    The item is brand new. The box was opened to put soft padding to protect it from damage during shipping. There was a case when a similar car was damaged during shipping and fell off the base. That's the only reason I opened the box and put in additional soft padding inside.
