      Both baskets arrived shattered in pieces. Was very disappointed that these beautiful pieces of history were lost because they were not packed securely & shipped in a big enough box. I notified the seller the day the package was delivered to me that the baskets were broke. After some back & forth with the seller I received a full refund 5 days after receiving the broken baskets.

      This very argumentative buyer refused to send me the pics I requested to file my shipping claim. EBay's intervention was requested, and her refund was initiated once she sent me my requested pics of the box, label, and broken glass. The box WAS packed well, but unfortunately, the large glass pieces in the box didn't survive being dropped from a height during shipping. I checked the buyer's prior feedback, only to find other feedback left that mirrored my unpleasant experience.
