Genie garage door repair part
I discovered the reason why this needed to be replaced. Our old one was worn smooth. Upon receipt of this item, and along with the help with my wife, it was a 15 minute remove and replace job to install this new item. After applying lithium grease in four or five spots along the screw we had our powered garage door opener up and running.
