    It is a good quality toy. Arrived late but in one piece. Great customer service to support through finding the parcel and delivering it. The item looks the same like on the pictures. The outer box was damaged due to rough postal handling probably. The box of the toy was creased a bit but still presentable. Seller may need to choose a different delivery method or company or wrap the item around with protective material. In my opinion. Overall, I am happy to have this Geomag toy. Thank you.

    Extremely disappointed. Item purchased 2nd Oct, marked dispatched 6th Oct but no tracking provided until 12th Oct. Finally delivered 16th Oct - far slower than expected. Arrived rattling loose in a large box with zero protection; toy arrived lightly marked and inner box damaged. Poor communication and careless packaging. Wouldn’t buy from this seller again.

    Clarification: my comment about “poor communication” refers to the gap between the item being marked as dispatched (6th Oct) and tracking not being provided until 12th Oct (the tracking indicates that the label was created 10th Oct). At time of purchase the listing stated dispatch within 2 working days (this has since been changed). Item arrived loosely packed with no protective wrap; toy lightly marked and inner box damaged. This is an accurate account of my experience.

    Very satisfied

    I needed this doll to be able to ship to my daughter in Florida before her fifth birthday. I ordered it on the 29th and it arrived on the first in amazing condition. I can’t go visit her because of the coronavirus but at least she’ll get her gift on time!

    Stunning doll with movement!!

    This doll is beautiful. I bought it for my 3 yr old grand daughter whom ask for a friend doll. She wants one as big as herself. This one is dang close at 32" tall. So pose-able 11 places on the body of the doll can move. The tangled doll does not have this ability.

    Not New Condition

    The product is not in new condition. The package has clearly been opened. There is a big scratch on the chest and smaller scratches on the arm. The hair is frizzier than in the picture. This doll looks used.
