    I opened this item to find that 6-7 pieces were broken inside the box. I contacted the seller and they made no apology or expressed any concern. They just blamed the mail carrier. The shipping box was in good condition so the damage occurred because there was no internal protection to keep the items from pressing against each other. They eventually offered me a return. I didn't want this as I had already spent 2+ hours gluing the pieces back together. A small refund would have been fine.
