    Great detail

    The detail and quality are great, as with all Woodland Scenic buildings. Will probably replace the lights as both the indoor and out door seem weak compared to other Woodland Scenic buildings (even when turned up to the highest setting).

    Perfect addition to a layout

    Woodland Scenics has been releasing some beautifully detailed structures for model railroad layouts and I think Ethyl's Gas is among the very best, if not the best. It is reminiscent of service stations from the early 20th century and is loaded with detail. Why scratch build when these structures are available for less than what scratch built would probably cost? This particular structure fits quite well into my narrow gauge On30 layout depicting a mining town in the early decades of the last century. It joins a general store, hardware store and IGA Grocer from the same Woodland Scenics series for an impressive little business district for this southwestern mining town.
