It had the main plug for the electrical broken. I did lose a costumer because it took a couple of days back and forward and in the end nothing was resolved, just the refund. I do gave them a A+ for the refund because it was quick, they were very good at that, honestly. Please, next time, make sure that everything is good before put any item for sale, thanks.
