    I will definitely be ordering from this seller again. I received my craftsman drill very fast but both batteries were defective. I contacted this seller and within about 10 minutes they sent me a message saying they were sorry and I would be receiving the replacement batteries in about seven days. If that is not great customer service then I don’t know what is.

The request was a copy of the transaction.....they replied a few hour asking for order info ( which I had already sent ). To no avail, received gift to my address.
