    Sore neck/shoulder/elbow/wrist? RollerMouse is a MUST-HAVE for heavy computer use!

    My job requires a lot of computer work and use of a mouse - sometimes hundreds of mouse click per day. After years of holding my right arm at a cant to use a mouse on a mouse pad, I began noticing a lot of soreness in my hand and wrist, plus my forearm, upper arm, shoulder and across the top of my shoulder into my neck felt like the muscles were perpetually knotted up. After I suffered a shoulder sprain my doctor recommended I consider using a Contour RollerMouse (a keyboard style mouse).     Love My RollerMouse Pro2 - Best Ergonomic Mouse!

    I have been using the RollerMouse Pro for over 12 years and absolutely love it! It was recommended by an occupational therapist due to my carpal tunnel syndrome. I work on a desktop PC all day and wouldn't want to be without my RollerMouse. My Pro was still mechanically functioning, but the fabric on the wrist rests was finally giving way from so much use. I decided to finally upgrade to the RollerMouse Pro2 after finding a great deal on eBay. I just received it today and love the updated tray design and leather-like wrist rests. The buttons and Rollerbar are the same as the Pro. Initially switching to a RollerMouse may take some getting used to, but put your traditional mouse away and it won't take long.     Love the roller mouse since 2004. I have three. Two work.

    I have experience repetitive pain from regular mouse usage and this product solved my problem in 2004. Then I switched from Windows XP to Windows 7 but the company didn't have a driver so I had to use a 3rd party driver, which worked OK. Now I have pain again from using a regular mouse on a 2nd computer so I needed a second Roller Mouse. Bought two of the Pro 2 models but only one worked correctly. The other (early serial number) sometimes crashed the computer and missed detecting mouse clicks, misinterpreted left click as right click, did poor edge detection, etc. I think this is a problem with hardware driver incompatibilities. Seems like the company has struggled with driver support. Now, when I call they never answer the phone so I don't know if this is a software or hardware issue.

    Contour Shuttle PRO V.2

    This item works great, is easy set up with tons of supported different programs and is a must for the professional editor. It saves lots of time by programming quick key strokes. Highly recommended for someone in need of something like this.

    Well built, but not very compatible with LightFactory.

    This device feels great, and looks nice. However, it wasn't as compatible with Light Factory as I had hoped. According to LightFactory, it should just natively work, but that was not my experience. This will be another thing that goes to the back of the drawer. If you use it as a multi-jog for video or photo editing. I may let my dad try it on photoshop.
