The EBC FA95 organic brake pads are the OEM replacement. They work and feel like the original pads. The organic pads don't last as long as metal or ceramic pads do but they also do ruin the disks. My rotors look new and the bike has 32k on it. The Guzzi has linked brakes. The front brake only activate the right front caliper where the foot brake activates both the rear and front left calipers. Only the right front pads were worn so I only replaced that set. After much research and talking to a local bike shop I determined because of the Guzzi setup it was not necessary to replace all the brake pads at once. When the left front or rear pads are worn I will need to replace both sets.

Brake pad material
I really like the "sprint" Hi-Kevlar pads now that I have a set on the rear of my motor bike. It took only a few stops from 20 to 30 mph for them to seat in. Had not even known that this type material was made. No noticeable brake dust and no cancer crap to breath.
