I can nitpick a couple of minor issues, like the included USB wifi adapter is glitchy Chinese garbage, and some of the initial configs were...odd. Doesn't matter though, the important thing is that the PC itself is solid and well worth the money. No problems with the seller, just a quiet transaction and everyone's happy. All-in-all a positive experience. Cheers.

However, the packing used to protect the contents is like an air cushioned cocoon. Truly on another level of protection. With that being said, everything was as described and working great right out of the box.

The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
