    Goldilocks Headset

    This is the model I have used for years, and has all the features I want. My base unit finally died, so I looked at all my replacement options. Jabra does not make these any more, but this is exactly what I wanted. Not a bunch of unnecessary features, but everything I need.

    My wife loves this thing

    Got this for my wife so she could be on conference calls but not tied to her desk. She uses it until lunch break, places it on the charger, then uses it again after lunch. The only reason she charges at lunch is because she is on the phone for almost 9 hours per work day. She swears by this headset and I received a big ole kiss when I gave it to her.

    So far so good.

    Bought used, but looks like new. I use it when working from home. I have many daily conference calls. The other day while in one, I went downstairs and outside to the mail box and I still hear the conference very clear and they can here me. The only thing I don't like very much is that the mute and volume controls are not actual bottons but a touchpad on one of the ears speakers. It is a little difficult to locate without seen what you are doing. You need to get used to it. Other than that, is perfect.

    Battery fails in 8 minutes

    Battery dies after only 8 minutes with an overnight charge. OEM would typically last me 7 hours, a replacement battery lasts for about 4.5 hours. I need it to last for over night system upgrades.
