It's definitely used, price was decent, seller took his sweet time shipping the monitor out, but thanks for UPS getting it here quickly regardless.     Works better than the original one!

    Bought this because the original charger I had started to get a little fussy about not working when it was too cold, although it worked well all last winter when it was left in the garage. This one resides in the laundry room and charges the batteries FAST. Even at its best, the original one would take at least 45 minutes to bring them back up to full steam but this one can do it in 15-20 minutes. I have two batteries and switch them out when I am snowblowing the driveway (125'); it depends on how much snow we get, of course, but I can do about a third of the driveway on one battery in a foot of snow; I bring that battery in and start recharging it while using battery #2. I can get another third of the driveway done on that battery and bring it in for recharging; by that time, ...

    It is a very good product.

    I like the way that the battery fits into the charger. It is the first time that I’ve seen this situation but is a great idea. Product charges battery in the amount of time as advertised.

    Can never have too many of these.

    Huge fan of Greenworks tools, currently have six. Personally, I think one should have a charger for each battery (I have three 4Ah batteries currently, so this makes my third charger). Greenworks 80V batteries give me appx. 40min of use per charge, and with three, I can be using two and charging the third simultaneously. Excellent quality, pro-grade utility.

    No warranty, did not last a full year.

    Charger worked for 11 months and two weeks. During that time I purchased 4 Greenworks 80v tools and four 80v batteries. Greenworks refused to offer even a partial warranty, or any kind of rebate. At this point I have invested too heavily into their system to walk away, but I would recommend buying Kobalt instead.
