Beware import from QuickBooks Pro not working (certificate invalid - even though it's all made by Intuit)
Couldn't install via network-mounted DVD (that's on TurboTax). Had to copy complete DVD to local drive (also on TurboTax). Import from QuickBooks Pro did not work: certificate invalid (also on TurboTax). Fortunately, I got hold of a TurboTax rep who graciously accorded a downloadable installation, after I read code to her from DVD. This fixed the QuickBooks import problem. Despite a fair amount of angst, in the end was able to get corporate 1120 completed in time. Dunno how the seller could've known any of this, so don't fault the seller.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Poor product with many bugs.
I had problems loading the software. it took several attempts. I then entered my name and all the basic information. The software would not allow me to proceed. I had to create a new return and enter all my financial data first and go back to enter my name etc. There were many bugs in the software and several areas where I had to override entries that did not carry through to the actual forms. As a former CPA I'm pretty impressed with it.
