    Pretty and functional

    I recently upgraded to a Scotty 1099 electric downrigger after using Penn manual downriggers for years. I did not like the rod holder that came with the Scotty. The stainless steel rocket launchers works well with the Scotty swivel mount and I am much more comfortable operating the downrigger. It was lucky as well as I caught 4 nice Blackmouth the first time out with the setup. Looks cool too!

    What was pictured was what I got.

    Quite disappointed. Scotty does not send the necessary parts to connect it to the boat.
