    Great performance for just a few bucks.

    Installing two Phenom II X3 B75 CPUs was a good, cheap upgrade for two older machines I'm retiring from active duty and I wanted to sell the Phenom II 965 quads that they had installed while I'm still able to get around $50 each for them on EBay. I'm not sure what these machines will be used for in the future but I wanted to make sure the replacement CPUs are spunky enough for to handle all the basic chores like HD video playback, Photoshop, Acrobat, MS Office, web browsing, etc, etc with speed and ease. I picked up two of these B75 CPUs for $10 bucks each and they definitely do the job. The quads passmarked at about 4200. These triple core babies passmarked at a respectable 3,000 when I purchased them. Very happy with this purchase. Great performance for the dollar!

    Exceptional Performance For The Price

    I bought this processor for my nephew who is an enthusiast of making older tech perform at close to new tech levels. This processor is not a powerhouse by any means, but if you know how to identify the "high bin" version, you can unlock the fourth core...but an appropriate motherboard is needed. This processor can be found cheaply. So, if you are an enthusiast like my nephew, this could be a very good buy,
