Product Information

Based on the Sega/Konami arcade classic, Frogger for Game Boy Color is designed to replicate the sights and sounds of the popular coin-op. Using the Control Pad, guide a helpless frog across a busy highway to the safe haven of a median, then make a perilous trip across a fast-moving river on the backs of turtles, logs, and the occasional alligator. Bonus points are earned for escorting a lady frog across the river to one of five spaces at the top of the screen, and if there's a yummy fly waiting for you there, all the better.

    I had this game as a kid for my Gameboy Pocket, but I lost it somehow and have been missing it ever since. I still have that original GBP, and I got it in my head recently that I really wanted to be able to play Frogger on it again. I found a lot of listing for the GP Color edition which can't fit in the GBP, so this one was exactly what I needed! It showed up in good packaging that was all still in good shape after transit, and now I'm finally able to play Frogger on my old Gameboy again!

    Fingers Crossed

    This game does not play but, fortunately, I am going to try to fix it myself. Had to order the right screwdriver to tighten the screw in the back because the game board inside is loose and you can see a slight gap between the front and back cover. Hopefully it will work when I am done and if not it was cheap. I can’t complain too much due to the age but “guaranteed working” in the description was definitely deceiving. This did not happen during shipping either. Fingers crossed

    Lame

    This game is absolutely NOT as good as the ps1 game "Frogger"! Its to basic, cheesey, and has you die by anything/everything compared to the counsel game where you had reasonable deaths. Overall it sucks.............nothing more to be said.
