    It Works If You Use It Daily....

    Using the laser cap now to grow more hair. Using their vitamins and have added this Biotin to my diet. According to my Doctor GP , to get the best results to use a minimum of 50,000 mcg per day. You cannot Over Dose on this vitamin. So I take five a day and my system is working. Excellent product and the Softgels are the only way to go. I do not notice any difference with my nails which is a disappointment. Very Happy with hair results.

    Good price, product not made good

    I had previously bought another brand which was very good. These are supposed to be the same dosage, but they appear to be smaller. And they clump together inside the bottle, sticking to each other.. I still have most of the bottle, and opted to buy another bottle ofthe previous brand.

    best biotin product

    I highly recommend this biotin. The 10,000 mcg does the job of strengthening nails, for sure. Mine had gotten a bit thin from going to the nail salon so much, so I needed a good strengthener. I'll buy this one again and the price is fair.
