    Ordered by mistake and realized within a minute or so. Seller was also pretty immediate in approving the cancellation. I don’t think the money ever even went off of being on hold as it came back to being available in my account right away. I can’t speak to the product but the seller is obviously present and pays attention to what their orders and customers are doing. Due to that alone I’d consider buying from them in the future.     Sent very used product advertised as new. Seller responded to my message with total denial even with photo proving it's at least 20% gone. No offer for refund.

    Absolutely not true. I ensured Buyer this was a new bottle, shipped unused. The pictures in the listing clearly show a full bottle of product. I cannot attest to what happened between then and arrival but it was full when shipped. With regards to "no offer for refund," that is also false. I asked "I want to understand your concern and work toward a reasonable resolution. Could you let me know what you’re hoping for in reaching out?" There was no response from Buyer until this negative review.
