I think someone installed it and then returned it because it didn’t have the right seals and it leaked
The product was obviously used when I got it. There were seals missing I had to go get seals and the supply lines were twisted like someone didn’t know exactly what they were doing when they tried to install it. Fortunately, nothing leaked after I got the seals. I did get it installed, but not without some apprehension that it might leak again Which was the original reason I was replacing the unit for my customer
