The seller wrote a note on the top of the box warning me not to open it with a knife or box cutter as well as putting a piece of cardboard between the product and the top of the box to protect the it in the event that I ignored the note and used a knife. The seller put wrapping paper around and between the shoes to prevent damage around during shipping. I am very happy with my order. Item was as described. TRULY TOP-NOTCH SELLER.
