    It's okay, not the best

    Eh, this is not my favorite curling iron. I wanted to get metal so my curls would hold, but did not want to get gold as I have somewhat fine hair. However, the titanium is not smooth on my hair, and my curls still don't hold with it. It may just be my hair, but next time I will just get a ceramic one. I'm glad I got mine for such a good price because if I would've paid the full price of $60, I would've definitely returned it.

    I purchased this curling iron to replace...

    I purchased this curling iron to replace an older version of this model that stopped working. It's identical to my old iron, except for color, the old one was purple. I'd hoped this Hot Tools iron would heat up like the old one. It's fine, but it doesn't perform as well. My curls don't hold; they soften to waves. I'm keeping this curling iron because the waves are pretty. I'll be purchasing another iron sooner than later, to create true curls .
