    Light support and comfort at a great price!

    I bought these for a pair of name brand shoes that have memory foam insoles. While memory foam is comfy initially, it gets compressed after wearing the shoes and walking or standing for a while, also there is no arch support. The ProFoot Triad Orthotic inserts are a great solution. I'm a shoe size 8 or 8.5, they fit perfectly in my shoes, giving me just a little arch support and padding under the ball of the foot and heel, but no added bulk in the toe area, which tends to make shoes too tight. I honestly noticed a difference the first time I wore them, I was able to walk for a longer distance (for shopping or errands, note that these are not a substitute for good running shoes).     Poor Quality Insole

    I originally obtained a pair of blue pro foot insoles from my podiatrist a few years ago after multiple foot/ankle surgeries...I bought these insoles believing that they would adequately replace my old insoles. Au Contraire! These are of lesser quality and after trying them in my tennis shoes for three weeks, my ankle and heel pain has returned. I will replace the new insoles with my old insoles and hunt for a pair of Profoot insoles just like the prescribed insoles. Do not purchase these insoles. They are a waste of money.

    good support

    i need professional orthotics which i cant afford right now. so i keep trying otc inserts that will relieve the leg and back pain. this insole seems to be the best so far. it does cradle the foot offering stability. i can walk without pain. standing doing dishes my back really hurts still. i am going to buy another pair for my other shoes. the insole itself doesnt feel substantial but it does the trick.
